The Cisco Security Device Manager (SDM) ...

looks really interesting. It's basically the GUI, web-interface (PDM) from the PIX firewall migrated to IOS.

Check it out here:
SDM

The Cisco Security Device Manager (SDM) is an intuitive, Web-based device management tool embedded in Cisco 830, 1700, 2600XM, 3600, 3700, and select 7200 and 7300 series routers. With SDM, users can quickly and easily deploy a Cisco access router without knowledge of the Cisco IOS® Software command-line interface (CLI), and then monitor router activity once setup is complete. SDM offers smart wizards and advanced configuration support for LAN and WAN interfaces, NAT, stateful firewall, and IPSec virtual private network (VPN) features. Cisco partners and customers can use SDM to further fine-tune router configurations and preview the IOS CLI for each configuration. SDM also offers a 1-click router lockdown and, an innovative security auditing capability to check and recommend changes to router configurations based on ICSA Labs, and Cisco TAC recommendations.

ps - The docs say it will run on the 2600XM models, but I successfully got it going on a 2651 at work that had 32MB of Flash and 128MB of Dram.
