And it only took about an hour to drive the thirty miles south on I-880 from Alameda.
I would have been longer except that we made a point of leaving home well after the evening commute.
We checked in and then went for a walk thru the McCarthy Ranch shopping center
We tried for a late dessert at Romano's Macaroni Grill - but we would have had a long wait for a table at 9:00. Maybe we'll try for dinner with Allen later in the week. If so, we'll need to call and make a reservation (408) 935-8211.
