Today's ride = 50.39 miles from Alameda to Fremont (my third longest single day ride)
Total miles ridden = 6,598.97 miles
Total miles ridden during the month of July = 661.30 (a new record - would have been higher still except for our five day trip to nowhere)
Average miles per day ridden = 22.14 miles (a new record)
