Kill Bill Vol. II, etc.
Chris and I went to the AMC Bay Street 16 theater to see volume II of the Kill Bill saga. Excellent movie! Pricey theater (matineee was $7.50 each). Weird, non-butter topping-stuff for the popcorn.
Before the movie, we shopped a bit at the Bay Street Shopping Center (Williams Sonoma and Bath & Body Works) and had an early lunch at the Buckhorn Grill. Blech - undercooked meat, no hint of flavor. We were really disappointed. The Buckhorn Grill in Napa was soooo good when we ate there a couple of weeks ago on our "Trip to Ukiah".
After the movie, we moved on to the the Fourth Street shopping district of Berkeley where we made our usual, obligatory stops at Sur La Table and The Pasta Shop.
And then on to our favorite restaurant in the world: Shen Hua (where we eat at least twice a week) for a nice dinner.
