Now my only big question of the day is: Did you get a nice, medium rare chunk ‘o beef from the fine dining establishment you visited last eve??? In my youth I was considered the best steak cook in our house. I just loved broiling those t-bone steaks and occasionally lamb chops. Ummmmmmmmmmmm
