Museum of Tolerance (Wikipedia). We had the priviledge to listen to a "Witness to the Truth" personal testimony by Holocaust survivor Mrs Cathy Weiss.
Newsroom Cafe on North Robertson Blvd - I had yet another Caesar salad.
My own brief bit of remembrance...
Today is the thirteenth anniversary of the Northridge earthquake. At the time I was a board member of the Nevada County Red Cross chapter as well as a member of the DSHR. I drove one of the Sacramento Red Cross chapter ERV's down the day of the quake. I volunteered as a Mass Care Coordinator (MC/C) for six weeks, then as Disaster Computer Operations Officer (DCO/O) for another six months.
