My favorite niece ...
(named) Janet is still blogging away and has now made five blog entries in only twelve days. Unlike my friend James who made just four entries to his blog "Today's News" and then fell asleep for twenty years ala Rip Van Winkle.
Sadly, she hasn't mastered the art of embedding hyperlinks in her blog entries.
I on the other hand, cannot seem to limit my obsession to make almost every word of my blog entries a hyperlink (this sentence being the exception).

It's official: UC Davis is 3:1 more loserific than Reed College!
I found the following very insightful (and obviously true):
Q - How many U.C. Davis students does it take to change a lightbulb?
A - None. Davis doesn't have electricity.
And ... UC Davis doesn't have a nifty nuclear reactor like Reed College does. Mmmm radiation.
