I finally did it, I took ...

some of the excellent salsa from a Baja Fresh and then ate it with dinner at a Chevy's.

To recap:
  Baja Fresh == excellent salsa bar but barely so-so chips.
  Chevy's == excellent chips but forgettable salsa.
  Baja Fresh salsa plus Chevy's chips == blissful.
