I just watched ...

"The Lovely Bones" and am emotionally wiped out.

Wow.

I'm not sure how much of too much emotion is a good thing. But I know that I've got it and have had it since Russell died with extra vigor since I was assaulted.

Wow.

Yeah... I've been totally ambushed by movies and books sometimes too... but it feels kind of nice to have cried for a while and then be wiped out. Cathartic, or whatever.
